Theatre found me on Christmas Day in 2012. I was ten, sitting in a movie theatre surrounded by strangers much older than me, watching Les Misérables. I didn’t fully understand what I was feeling, but I knew it was something big. Not long after, I saw Mary Poppins on Broadway, and that was it…I was hooked.
As a military kid, I never stayed in one place for long, but the stage quickly became my constant. From community productions across North Carolina to training at Interlochen Arts Academy, theatre gave me a sense of belonging. It’s where I discovered who I am as an artist.
Now, as a graduate of Rider University with a BFA in Performing Arts, I carry with me a journey full of roles and growth, from DeeDee in The Prom, to my professional debut in Evita, to returning home to play Veronica in Heathers. Today, I’m living out one of my biggest dreams as a performer working for Disney. The experience constantly pushes me as both an artist and performer, and it has been such an incredible opportunity to learn, grow, and challenge myself every day.
